Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Products are digital files downloaded instantly, so the policy is simple and concrete.

When we refund

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• the file does not open or does not work in the program listed on the product page (Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice in their compatible versions), and we could not solve it through support;
• the product does not do what its page describes;
• you bought the same product twice by mistake.

When we do not

• You changed your mind after downloading and the product works as described.
• More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
• The product was used as the basis of something shared or resold.

How to request it

Write to hola@latpago.com with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and one line about the reason. We reply within two business days. If it applies, Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to the same payment method; the money usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
