On the site
This site is static and does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or advertising. The hosting provider (Hostinger) logs, like any web server, technical data of each visit (IP address, page, date, browser) in logs used only for security and operations.
Product pages load a Lemon Squeezy script to open the checkout. That script is governed by the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
When you buy
Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy receives your name, email, country and payment details; we never see or store card data. To deliver the product and support you, LatPago can access your name, email, country, purchased product and amount. We use that data only to:
- deliver the product and its updates,
- answer questions and handle refunds,
- meet accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell or share your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe (there is no subscription list today).
When you write to us
If you email us, we keep the conversation as long as needed to handle it and for support history.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you by writing to hola@latpago.com. For data processed by Lemon Squeezy you can also contact them directly.
Email list
If you download a free product or tick the news checkbox when buying, we keep your email and name to send you LatPago news: new products, articles and discounts, at most a few times a month. The list is managed by Lemon Squeezy with its built-in email tool. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also ask to be removed or deleted by writing to hola@latpago.com. We do not share the list with anyone or use it for anything else.
