Terms of Use

By purchasing or using a LatPago product you accept these terms. They are written in plain language on purpose.

1. Who sells

Products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy charges you, issues the receipt, applies any taxes required by your country and processes refunds. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy terms. LatPago creates the products and provides support.

2. What you buy

You buy a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product (spreadsheets, templates, documents, guides) in your own activity, on as many devices as you personally use. Each purchase includes the Spanish and English versions when they exist.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the product, in whole or in part, nor use it as the basis of a product that is sold or given to third parties. You may adapt it freely for your own use.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after payment you receive an email from Lemon Squeezy with the download link. If it does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and write to us via contact with your order number.

5. No professional advice

The products and the content of this site are practical tools and general information. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice. The percentages, fees and examples they include are illustrative and editable; rules change depending on your country and your payment platform. Talk to a professional before making tax or legal decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

We do our best to make the products work as described on their page. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LatPago is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use a product. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.

7. Changes

We may update the products and these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date.
